This weekend, Christians across the globe will be celebrating Easter. Whether you are looking to quietly reflect on the season, visit with the Easter Bunny or go Easter Egg Hunting, Manchester offers a variety of activities beginning on Friday.

Good Friday Cross Walk with Jesus. This is Brookside Congregational Church’s third year of this meditative Good Friday experience. We will start in Brookside’s parking lot to begin a walk with some carrying a cross. We will walk in silence, stopping at certain places along the way to offer prayers and change cross bearers. All are welcome. We will meet on the steps of the Sanctuary at 5:45pm. Contact: 603-669-2807.

Kidgits Easter Celebration. On Saturday from 9-11AM, Simon Kidgits Club members are invited to HOP into spring and head to Simon Guest Services for the Kidgits Easter Celebration! Children will take part in Easter-themed crafts and activities, and the Easter Bunny will hop by for a visit before heading to his photo shop! Not a Kidgits Member? Yearly membership is only $5, and includes access to these events, birthday gifts and more! Visit Simon Guest Services for more information.

Our Promise to Nicholas Easter Egg Hunt. Everyone young and old will experience fun and amusement at this year’s event on Saturday from 8:30AM – 12PM. A few lucky egg hunters will discover special eggs with prizes inside! For those not actively “hunting,” there will be live entertainment, games, silent auction, bake sale and raffle tickets for Easter Baskets. Tickets are $8 per person or $30 per family. Cash or check will be accepted at the door. The NH Sportsplex is located at 68 Technology Drive in Bedford. Contact: optnegghunt@gmail.com
